Oct 23 (Reuters) - Wall Street opened flat on Thursday

as lackluster earnings from Tesla and IBM dampened investor

mood, while brewing trade tensions between the U.S. and China

threatened to deepen the market's unease.

At 09:30 a.m., the Dow Jones Industrial Average fell

14.50 points, or 0.04%, to 46,570.06. The S&P 500 gained

6.03 points, or 0.09%, to 6,705.15, and the Nasdaq Composite

gained 6.99 points, or 0.07%, to 22,755.88.
