June 6 (Reuters) - U.S. stock indexes opened higher on
Friday after a strong jobs report calmed worries over the health
of the labor market, while Tesla shares rebounded on signs of
cooling tensions between CEO Elon Musk and U.S. President Donald
Trump.
The Dow Jones Industrial Average rose 312.1 points,
or 0.74%, at the open to 42631.82. The S&P 500 rose 47.8
points, or 0.80%, to 5987.06, while the Nasdaq Composite
rose 228.5 points, or 1.18%, to 19526.994.
