VS Media Regains Compliance With Nasdaq Stock Market Minimum Bid Requirement

09:32 AM EDT, 07/05/2024 (MT Newswires) -- VS Media Holdings ( VSME ) said Friday that it has regained compliance with the Nasdaq Stock Market's minimum bid price requirement.

VS said Nasdaq confirmed to the company on Wednesday that its stock's closing price has been at $1 or higher for 10 consecutive business days. The company said Nasdaq now considers the prior bid deficiency closed.

Shares of VS Media ( VSME ) were down more than 4% in recent premarket activity.
