US stock indices gained ground on Wednesday as investors await the Federal Reserves latest meeting minutes closely.
The Fed September meeting led to a big 0.5% interest rate cut, and the minutes could provide clues on the future path of interest rates.
Also later this week, crucial US consumer prices data will be released for September.
Additionally, its the start of the corporate quarterly earnings results this week, with both Delta Airlines and JPMorgan releasing results in the next two days.
On trading, Dow Jones rose 0.8% as of 15:48 GMT, or 350 points to 42,430 points, while SP 500 rose 0.6%, or 36 points to 5787 points, as NASDAQ added 0.5%, or 100 points to 18,282 points.
