The 17th Lok Sabha elections will be conducted in seven phases starting from April 11, the Election Commission announced on Sunday. The first phase of polling would be held on April 11, 2nd phase on April 18, 3rd phase on April 23, 4th phase on April 29, 5th phase polling on May 6, 6th phase polling on May 12, 7th phase on May 19. Counting of all phases on May 23, said the chief election commissioner.
