The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) will win all seven Lok Sabha seats in Delhi, says Union Minister and party's Chandni Chowk constituency candidate Harsh Vardhan.
Talking to CNBC-TV18’s Timsy Jaipuria, Vardhan has criticised the policies of the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) and Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal.
Lashing out at Kejriwal, the BJP leader has stated that the Delhi chief minister lacks vision and commitment towards the state.
“Delhi is not struggling because of complete statehood issue, Delhi is struggling because there is a thoroughly dishonest and inefficient chief minister who does not do anything for the people,” he added.
Meenakshi Lekhi, the BJP candidate fighting from New Delhi, expresses confidence that neither the AAP nor the Congress are a threat to the BJP.
“As far as the BJP is concerned, neither are a threat. We are very sure that we are going to win all the seven seats,” she added.
