Khardaha is an Assembly constituency in the North 24 Parganas district, in the Greater Kolkata region of West Bengal.

In the 2016 Assembly elections, Khardaha was won by Amit Mitra of CPIM. Before that, in the 2011 elections, the seat was held by Amit Mitra of TMC.
In the 2016 assembly polls, Amit Mitra garnered 83688 votes, securing over 49.65 percent of the vote share, and winning the seat by a margin of 21200 votes. In percentage terms, the victory margin was 12.58 percent.
The constituency polled 168666 votes in the 2016 West Bengal assembly polls with a voter turnout of 82.33 percent.
The Khardaha constituency has a literacy level of 84.95 percent. A total of 6 candidates stood in the 2016 elections.
