Kondotty is an Assembly constituency in the Malappuram district, in the Malabar region of Kerala.

In the 2016 Assembly elections, Kondotty was won by T.V. Ibrahim of IUML.

Before that, in the 2011 elections, the seat was held by K Muhammedunni Haji of MUL.

In the 2016 assembly polls, T.V. Ibrahim garnered 69668 votes, securing over 46.58 percent of the vote share, and winning the seat by a margin of 10654 votes.

In percentage terms, the victory margin was 7.12 percent.

The constituency polled 149595 votes in the 2016 Kerala assembly polls with a voter turnout of 79.42 percent.

The Kondotty constituency has a literacy level of 93.55 percent.

A total of 11 candidates stood in the 2016 elections.
