Uttar Pradesh, the state with the maximum 80 seats in the Lok Sabha, has got the lion's share in Prime Minister Narendra Modi's council of ministers that was sworn in on Thursday. Maharashtra came second with eight ministers.
Modi, 68, was administered the oath of office and secrecy by President Ram Nath Kovind at a glittering ceremony at the forecourt of majestic Rashtrapati. Bhavan.
