Pattambi is an Assembly constituency in the Palakkad district, in the Cochin region of Kerala. The Pattambi constituency went to the polls on April 6, 2021. The assembly seat is reserved for the General category.

In the 2016 Assembly elections, Pattambi was won by Muhammed Muhassin of CPI. Before that, in the 2011 elections, the seat was held by C.P.Mohammed of INC. In the 2016 assembly polls, Muhammed Muhassin garnered 64025 votes, securing over 45.69 percent of the vote share, and winning the seat by a margin of 7404 votes.

In percentage terms, the victory margin was 5.28 percent. The constituency polled 140128 votes in the 2016 Kerala assembly polls with a voter turnout of 77.9 percent. The Pattambi constituency has a literacy level of 88.49 percent. A total of 12 candidates stood in the 2016 elections.
