Udma is an Assembly constituency in the Kasaragod district, in the Malabar region of Kerala.

In the 2016 Assembly elections, Udma was won by K Kunhiraman of CPM.

Before that, in the 2011 elections, the seat was held by K.Kunhiraman of CPM.

In the 2016 assembly polls, K Kunhiraman garnered 70679 votes, securing over 43.94 percent of the vote share, and winning the seat by a margin of 3832 votes.

In percentage terms, the victory margin was 2.38 percent.

The constituency polled 160924 votes in the 2016 Kerala assembly polls with a voter turnout of 80.48 percent.

The Udma constituency has a literacy level of 89.85 percent.

A total of 11 candidates stood in the 2016 elections.
