AB Group reportedly in talks to sell retail store brand 'More'

CNBC-TV18 learns that AB Group is considering selling its retail store brand 'More'.

According to sources, Samara Capital is likely to buy ‘More’ at an enterprise value of over Rs 4,000 crore.

AB group had earlier explored IPO options but later decided to go for a sale of ‘More’ which has over 500 retail stores across India.
