Blu Star will report its fourth-quarter earnings on Thursday and analysts are expecting an improved performance from the air conditioner maker. For the last couple of quarters, Blue Star's earnings were disappointing, especially when it comes to the AC margins.

Analysts are expecting revenue growth of 13 percent as the company has seen pick up in the south Indian markets.

EMP ( electromechanical projects) revenue should see 10-15 percent YoY growth driven by better opening order book position.

Expect margins to improve given the low base and increase in price.

Margin expansion to be led by MEP (mechanical, electrical and plumbing ) segment.
