Oct 14, 2025 5:43 AM

BOSTON--(BUSINESS WIRE)--

Astira Capital Partners (“Astira”), a private equity firm focused on technology-enabled and data-driven services, today announced the acquisition of CallRevu, the automotive industry’s leading call intelligence platform. The transaction reflects Astira’s continued focus on partnering with market-leading platforms in high-value, technology-enabled service sectors.

CallRevu’s end-to-end ecosystem combines dealership-specific telephony, real-time call tracking, performance analytics, role-based training, and reputation management into a holistic, integrated solution. By turning disconnected call data into actionable insights, CallRevu empowers dealerships to deliver stronger customer experiences, elevate employee performance, and drive measurable growth across both sales and service operations.

“CallRevu has built a category-defining platform that enables automotive dealerships to transform the way they communicate, train, and perform,” said Chris Ritchie, Partner at Astira. “The company’s integration of technology, real-time analytics, and deep automotive expertise uniquely position it to continue leading its industry. We’re excited to support CallRevu’s next phase of growth.”

Astira’s investment will accelerate CallRevu’s technology roadmap, enhance its AI-driven data science capabilities, and deepen its integrations with other core dealership software solutions, strengthening the company’s ability to continue to deliver market-leading outcomes for clients.

“CallRevu embodies the kind of vertical market leadership and client impact that aligns with Astira’s investment philosophy,” said Azra Kanji, Founder and Managing Partner of Astira. “This acquisition deepens our focus on technology-enabled services within high-value ecosystems, and we see tremendous opportunity to scale CallRevu’s platform while investing in its people, technology, and customer success.”

“We are thrilled to partner with Astira as we continue to innovate and grow CallRevu,” said Ben Chodor, Chief Executive Officer of CallRevu. “Astira’s deep experience in data-driven services and its operational support will be instrumental in accelerating our growth. Together, we will continue to innovate and deliver best-in-class solutions for our dealership clients.”

William Blair & Company served as sole financial advisor to CallRevu while Gibson Dunn & Crutcher LLP acted as legal counsel. Houlihan Lokey Inc. served as strategic advisor to Astira while Kirkland & Ellis LLP served as legal counsel.
