Carlisle Companies Declares Regular Quarterly Dividend

SCOTTSDALE, Ariz.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--

The Board of Directors of Carlisle Companies Incorporated ( CSL ) has declared a dividend of $1.10 per share, payable on March 2, 2026, to shareholders of record at the close of business on February 17, 2026.
