Cornerstone OnDemand Inc., a leader in workforce agility solutions, today announced the expansion of its leadership with Guna Jayaraman as its new Chief AI Officer and Himanshu Baxi as its new Chief Development Officer. These two new roles make way for Cornerstone to continue creating people solutions that help organizations overcome skills shortages, AI adoption challenges, and unlock human potential for today’s evolving marketplace.

Jayaraman brings more than 20 years' experience at leading technology organizations, including 13 years at Amazon where he most recently served as Vice President of Software Development for People Technologies. He has led large-scale distributed systems, global retail and customer service platforms, and end-to-end enterprise AI initiatives.
