Dec 10 (Reuters) - The following bids, mergers,

acquisitions and disposals were reported by 1030 GMT on Tuesday:

** Nippon Life Insurance will buy U.S. life

insurer Resolution Life Group Holdings for about $8.2 billion in

what would be the biggest acquisition ever by a Japanese

insurer, business newspaper the Nikkei reported.

** Danish lender Nykredit has agreed to offer 24.7 billion

Danish crowns ($3.50 billion) in an all-cash bid to buy domestic

rival Spar Nord Bank, the two companies said in a

joint statement.

** Teamviewer has signed a deal to acquire the

London-based IT firm 1E for an enterprise value of $720 million,

the German software company said.

** Italian electronics group Gewiss said it had agreed to

buy a controlling stake in Beghelli and will launch a

takeover bid on the rest of the lighting and electrics company

with the aim of delisting it.
