Jan 14 (Reuters) - The following bids, mergers,

acquisitions and disposals were reported by 1030 GMT on Tuesday:

** Cleveland-Cliffs ( CLF ) is partnering with peer Nucor ( NUE )

to prepare a potential all-cash bid for U.S. Steel

, with an offer in the high $30s per share, a person

familiar with the matter said on Monday.

** Clearwater Analytics ( CWAN ) has agreed to acquire

Enfusion ( ENFN ) in a $1.5 billion cash-and-stock deal as the

financial software maker looks to bolster its international

presence and enter the hedge fund industry.
