Nov 6 (Reuters) - The following bids, mergers,

acquisitions and disposals were reported by 2000 GMT on

Thursday:

** Abu Dhabi-backed financial investor Aquarian Capital has

agreed to take private U.S. life insurance and annuity provider

Brighthouse Financial ( BHF ) in a $4.1 billion deal,

culminating a sale process that lasted most of this year.

** A unit of Singapore Telecommunications has

offered to sell shares in India's Bharti Airtel in a

deal that could net about 103.5 billion rupees ($1.18 billion),

Bloomberg News reported, citing the terms of the offering.

** Charles Schwab ( SCHW ) agreed to buy private shares

platform Forge Global ( FRGE ), in a deal valued at $660 million

as Wall Street firms seek to meet growing investor demand for

access to high-growth startups.

** San Francisco-based Coalition has acquired Wirespeed, a

cybersecurity platform built to triage threat detections, to

combine its automated managed detection and response (MDR) into

its suite of cyber solutions.

** Canadian oil sands producer MEG Energy ( MEGEF )

shareholders on Thursday voted in favor of a buyout by Cenovus

Energy CVE.TO, ending a months-long takeover battle. nL4N3WI1WJ]

** Innosera, a consortium led by Nordic Capital and Permira,

failed to achieve the required level of support from

shareholders for its planned takeover of Bavarian Nordic BAVA.CO

and will withdraw its bid.

** Turkish Airlines has signed a deal to buy

around one-quarter of Spanish carrier Air Europa, the airlines

said.

** State Bank of India, the country's largest

lender by assets, said it will sell a 6.3% stake in SBI Funds

Management through an initial public offering, its second

attempt after an earlier announcement in 2021.

** KKR & Co ( KKR ) and Singapore Telecommunications

are in advanced talks to buy more than 80% of ST

Telemedia Global Data Centres - which would give them full

ownership - for over S$5 billion ($3.9 billion), two people with

direct knowledge of the plans said.

** India's Mahindra & Mahindra sold its entire

3.5% stake in RBL Bank for 6.78 billion rupees ($77.1

million), the automaker said, marking a 62.5% return on its 2023

investment.

** State-owned Qatar Airways has decided to sell its entire

stake in Cathay Pacific Airways ( CPCAF ) for about $897 million

(HK$6.97 billion), marking its complete exit from Hong Kong's

flagship airline after eight years.

** Nissan Motor ( NSANF ) has concluded a 97 billion yen

($643 million) deal to sell and lease back its global

headquarters in Yokohama, Japan, as part of its business

restructuring plans, the automaker said.

** Pfizer ( PFE ) is preparing to sweeten its offer again

for Metsera ( MTSR ), the Wall Street Journal reported on

Wednesday, citing people familiar with the matter.

** MGA platform Doxa has acquired Georgia-based provider

American Hole 'n One (AHNO) in an effort to expand prize

indemnity, event promotions insurance, sports promotions

insurance and hole-in-one insurance.

** MFE-MediaForEurope, the television group

controlled by Italy's Berlusconi family, is negotiating to buy

no more than 33% of Portuguese media company Impresa

from the Balsemao family, Impresa said on Wednesday.
