ROTTERDAM, June 26 (Reuters) - Dutch prosecutors are
seeking a four-year prison sentence for a former employee of
computer chip equipment maker ASML, accused of
stealing and selling corporate secrets to a Russian buyer, Dutch
media outlet NOS Nieuws reported on Thursday.
The Russian suspect, German Aksenov, who has been in
pre-trial detention since August 2023, denied being a Russian
spy and told the court he kept the confidential documents to
maintain his professional knowledge, NOS Nieuws said.
