Whitsell brings over two decades of experience across technology and healthcare with a proven track record of operational leadership, scaling companies and systems, and driving improved performance. Whitsell holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in MIS & Mathematics from University of Notre Dame and a Master of Business Administration from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management. She joins eClinical Solutions after serving as Chief Product and Operations Officer at STARLIMS where she led an organization focused on improving product development, implementation, and support of the STARLIMS solution for customers globally. Prior to STARLIMS, she led operations at Appriss Health and Appriss Insights, before being acquired by Equifax Workforce Solutions.

Building on his tenure as Executive Vice President of Global Operations for eClinical Solutions, Mallarapu takes on expanded strategic responsibility. Under his leadership, eClinical Solutions’ global delivery organization and partner ecosystem have scaled significantly, supporting the company's growth across 18 of the top 50 pharmaceutical companies worldwide. Together, the new appointees will support the long-term strategic pillars of the company amid rapid growth and scaling operations.
