The dominance of global tech giants like Apple, Amazon, Facebook and Google has been nothing short of awe-inspiring, as they continue to rally on the stock market, despite the global COVID-19 pandemic. In India, the IT and pharma sectors are benefitting from the accelerated digital transformation.

While there are some headwinds, the outlook remains positive on the back of improving deal activity and sustained cost control. The new rules of customer engagement, future of work and digital governance present an opportunity that the IT sector can capitalise on.
