Lincoln and Trigild Launch ‘Trigild, Powered by Lincoln’
Oct 22, 2025 9:47 AM

DALLAS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--

Lincoln Property Company (“Lincoln”), a global, full-service real estate firm, today announced that it has partnered with Trigild, a leader in fiduciary services, receivership and distressed asset management, to launch the ‘Trigild, powered by Lincoln’ platform.

The platform builds on Lincoln’s 2024 strategic investment in Trigild and combines Trigild’s receivership expertise with Lincoln’s national infrastructure and operational capabilities, providing clients with access to seamless, full lifecycle asset solutions—from crisis response to long-term performance optimization. By uniting Trigild’s fiduciary leadership with Lincoln’s extensive experience in operations, ownership, and real estate development across all major markets, the platform delivers comprehensive, client-focused results.

“Partnering with Trigild not only expands Lincoln’s reach into the distressed asset market but also underscores how much we value great partners like Chris and Ian, whose leadership and expertise are unparalleled,” said Ali Daubert, Chief Strategy Officer at Lincoln. “Together, we’re committed to providing solutions that guide assets from immediate stabilization to long-term performance.”

Since Lincoln’s strategic investment in Trigild in Spring 2024, the companies have leveraged their complementary strengths to deliver comprehensive and integrated services. This collaboration has now evolved into Trigild, powered by Lincoln, establishing a nationwide platform that unites Trigild’s fiduciary leadership with Lincoln’s operational scale. While Trigild continues to operate independently in court-appointed matters, it is also expanding its asset management and advisory services across the full real estate lifecycle, supported by Lincoln’s reach in more than 35 markets.

“Working with Lincoln strengthens our ability to deliver results across every stage of asset management,” said Chris Neilson, Managing Partner and Co-head of Trigild. “This partnership preserves our independence in fiduciary matters while giving stakeholders access to Lincoln’s scale and local expertise nationwide.”

“As Trigild has grown, Chris and I considered many options to address scale and demand while maintaining best in class, hands-on approach to receiverships,” said Ian Lagowitz, Managing Partner and Co-head of Trigild. “Our evolved partnership with Lincoln provides just that—scale with excellence. We couldn’t be more excited to launch Trigild, powered by Lincoln.”

In line with its continued growth, Trigild has appointed Chris Chauvin as Managing Partner, bringing extensive expertise in distressed assets, receiverships, and complex litigation. With a strong background in law and financial services, Chauvin has advised lenders, financial institutions, and private equity funds on commercial loan resolutions, foreclosures, and court-appointed cases. His addition further strengthens Trigild’s ability to deliver exceptional fiduciary outcomes across diverse markets.

This momentum positions Trigild, powered by Lincoln, as the go-to partner for comprehensive asset solutions, broadening market reach, strengthening competitive advantage, and providing specialized, results-driven support.
