API integration available since March 2026; Gateway Application and Supplier Analytics complete the platform mid-June 2026 — at no additional cost to existing API subscribers

FOLSOM, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--

Magnit Global™, the global leader in contingent workforce management solutions, today announced the upcoming completion of Magnit Gateway™, a supplier intelligence and integration platform that gives staffing suppliers the visibility, data, and AI-driven insights they need to compete more effectively within Magnit-managed programs. The Gateway API Toolkit has been live since March 2026; in mid-June, 2026, Magnit will complete the platform with the addition of the Gateway Application and Gateway Supplier Analytics. Suppliers already using the API will receive both additions automatically at no incremental cost. As Magnit Gateway grows, so does the value of every existing subscription.

For years, staffing suppliers operating in managed workforce programs have been working largely in the dark. Candidates are submitted without feedback on why they were not selected, how their submissions compare to others in the program, or which opportunities are most worth pursuing. The result is wasted recruiter time, inconsistent placement rates, and missed revenue—a problem that has become more acute as contingent workforce programs grow more competitive and buyers increasingly evaluate suppliers on performance outcomes rather than submission volume.

Magnit Gateway solves this by giving suppliers direct access to the insights and workflows they need to act with speed and confidence. The Gateway API Toolkit connects supplier ATS and CRM systems directly to the Magnit VMS, automating the flow of job requests, candidate submissions, timesheet management, and billing data which eliminates manual entry entirely. The June additions will complete the experience: the Gateway Application delivers a centralized portal with real-time requisition visibility and AI-driven opportunity prioritization, while Gateway Supplier Analytics provides competitive benchmarking that helps suppliers understand where they stand and continuously refine their submission strategies. Together, the three capabilities eliminate the manual, time-consuming work that consumes recruiters' days—chasing status updates, re-keying data between systems, and manually triaging which roles to pursue—and frees teams to focus on the activities that actually drive revenue: sourcing stronger candidates, building client relationships, and targeting the opportunities they are most likely to win.

“Staffing suppliers are some of the most important participants in the contingent workforce ecosystem, yet they have historically had the least visibility into the information that drives success. Magnit Gateway changes that. We are giving suppliers access to the kind of intelligence that was previously available only to program owners, so they can compete on insight rather than instinct. Within the first month of launch, our staffing suppliers that have adopted the Gateway API have already seen significant benefit; with an average of 50% faster time-to-submission on candidates.”

— Alan Gilchrest, Chief Digital & Technology Officer, Magnit Global

“Before Magnit Gateway, we were submitting candidates without knowing where they stood or why they weren’t moving forward. Now we can see exactly where our candidates are in the process, understand how we compare to other suppliers, and focus our recruiters on the roles where we have the best chance of winning. It has fundamentally changed how we operate within programs.”

— Vice President of Delivery, Leading Staffing Supplier

Magnit Gateway is built around three core capabilities:

Gateway API Toolkit — Direct system-to-system integration connecting supplier ATS and CRM platforms to the Magnit VMS for real-time data exchange without manual entry. Available since March 2026.

Gateway Application — A centralized supplier portal surfacing live requisition data, candidate progression, and AI/ML-driven opportunity prioritization and performance guidance. Launching June 2026.

Gateway Supplier Analytics — Performance benchmarking and predictive analytics that help suppliers understand their competitive position and refine their submission strategies. Launching June 2026.

The Gateway API Toolkit is available now to all suppliers participating in Magnit-managed programs, with self-service onboarding and Magnit-provided API documentation. The Gateway Application and Gateway Supplier Analytics launch in mid-June 2026 and will be automatically available to all current API subscribers at no additional charge—with no new contract, no new purchase decision required. Suppliers activating for the first time in mid-June will have access to all three capabilities from day one. For suppliers ready to move from reactive operations to data-driven execution—winning more placements, recovering recruiter time, and growing revenue within Magnit programs — Magnit Gateway is the platform built to get them there.
