ORLANDO, Fla., March 31, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- MCAP Inc. ( MCAP ) , a financial technology and securities market making company, today reported third quarter 2025 earnings of $0.13 per share, a 40% QoQ increase, resulting in quarterly EBITDA of $4.7mm and full year EBITDA of $21mm. 

MCAP ( MCAP ) continues to expand through its investment in customer relationships, application software development, securities execution platforms and diversification of business lines. The Company also seeks additional M&A opportunities that are aligned with the Company's core competencies in order to increase long-term shareholder value.
