MeridianLink Appoints Raj Patel as Chief Technology Officer

Seasoned technology leader brings SaaS, AI expertise to power platform innovation

IRVINE, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--

MeridianLink, Inc., a leading provider of modern software platforms for financial institutions and consumer reporting agencies, today announced that Raj Patel has joined as Chief Technology Officer (CTO).

Patel is a highly accomplished technology leader with decades of experience scaling, transforming, and innovating global technology platforms in enterprise SaaS and tier-one consumer companies. As CTO, Patel will accelerate MeridianLink’s customer centric innovation, advancing AI-driven solutions and marketplace integrations that power credit unions and banks to grow, scale, and serve their communities.

Most recently, Patel served as Executive in Residence for R&D at Permira, a global private and growth equity firm with more than $80 billion in assets under management, where he partnered with portfolio company leadership teams and boards to drive technology value creation, AI readiness, and cloud transformation initiatives.

Previously, Patel held senior leadership roles at Genesys, where he served as Senior Vice President and Multi-Cloud CTO, leading global engineering teams responsible for a ~$1 billion customer experience platform. His leadership helped modernize the platform, improve resiliency to 99.999%, and deliver world-class customer satisfaction. His career also includes senior technology roles at Symantec, Pinterest, Salesforce, Cisco/Webex, and Yahoo.
