01:37 PM EDT, 05/22/2025 (MT Newswires) -- MiMedia Holdings ( MIMDF ) on Thursday said it signed a global distribution agreement with device manufacturer coolpad.

According to the agreement, MiMedia ( MIMDF ) will seek to integrate its platform in up to 5 million coolpad mobile devices, including smartphones, over the next two years.

MiMedia Holdings ( MIMDF ) shares were last seen unchanged at $0.475 on the TSX Venture Exchange.
