Need capex of Rs 40-50 crore for 100 city broadband plan, says Den Networks

Den Networks has big plans in sight. It targets an expansion of its fixed broadband services to 100 cities in 2018 and hopes to enable over one crore households with high-speed broadband services by 2020.

SN Sharma, CEO of Den Networks said that 90% of network is fiberized.

He further said that they have 2 lakh broadband subscribers in Delhi and provide services in 10 other cities currently.

“We have our associates in terms of partners that is cable operators who carry our signal to every household,” he added.

Talking about capex, he said, "We need capex of Rs 40-50 crore for 100 city broadband plan."
