AMSTERDAM, Nov 19 (Reuters) - Nexperia BV, the Dutch

computer chip maker on Wednesday said it welcomed "constructive

dialogue" between the Chinese and Dutch governments but it needs

cooperation from its Chinese subsidiary to resolve shortages of

its chips that are impacting carmakers.

Nexperia's comments follow a decision by the Netherlands'

government to suspend its intervention at Nexperia.
