Nokia Picked by DE-CIX to Upgrade New York Internet Exchange Backbone

09:30 AM EST, 02/03/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Nokia ( NOK ) has been selected by DE-CIX to upgrade the backbone network for DE-CIX's Internet Exchange backbone in New York, the companies said Monday.

The backbone will be upgraded to 400 gigabit ethernet using Nokia's ( NOK ) optical technology and will be redesigned in a ring topology, the companies said.
