STOCKHOLM, Oct 23 (Reuters) - Nvidia ( NVDA ) CEO Jensen
Huang on Wednesday said there was a design flaw with its latest
Blackwell AI chips and Taiwanese chipmaker TSMC had
helped it recover and resume manufacturing.
"We had a design flaw in Blackwell," Huang said. "It was
functional, but the design flaw caused the yield to be low. It
was 100% Nvidia's ( NVDA ) fault."
