Strategic acquisition adds leading Property & Casualty clearinghouse capabilities and payer-to-provider payment infrastructure to the Office Ally platform

NASHVILLE, Tenn.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--

Office Ally, a leading provider of healthcare technology clearinghouse and software solutions to a national network of healthcare providers, partners, and health plans, today announced the acquisition of Jopari Solutions, Inc., a leader in straight-through electronic claims processing for Property & Casualty (P&C), Commercial and Government healthcare.

The acquisition brings together two mission-critical healthcare infrastructure companies, each having built robust, trusted networks over decades. Jopari's market-leading P&C electronic medical billing, clinical attachments, and electronic payment capabilities complement Office Ally's all-payer clearinghouse network, which is trusted by more than 80,000 healthcare organizations and facilitates more than one billion transactions annually between providers and payers.

This combination directly advances Office Ally's long-term strategy to modernize healthcare administrative and financial workflows through greater automation, interoperability, and straight-through electronic processing.

“We are thrilled to welcome Jopari to the Office Ally family,” said Christopher Hart, Chief Executive Officer at Office Ally. “There is a genuine pattern match between our two organizations: both deeply customer-focused, and both built on the belief that healthcare infrastructure should be mission-critical and reliable. Together, we have a real opportunity to reimagine clearinghouse rails by adding intelligence and automation across claims and payment cycles. That work starts now.”

“When we founded Jopari more than two decades ago, our mission was to digitize complex processes, eliminate paper and reduce friction across healthcare administrative workflows,” said Steve Stevens, Founder, Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board of Jopari Solutions. “Thanks to the dedication of our employees and the trust of our customers, including healthcare organizations, insurance partners and other stakeholders we serve, we’ve grown into a mission-critical part of their operations. I couldn’t be prouder of our team, and I’m confident that under Office Ally’s stewardship and with John leading the business forward, Jopari is positioned for an exciting next chapter.”

“We are thrilled to join forces with Office Ally at a pivotal time for our industry,” said John Gilmartin, President of Jopari Solutions, who will become Executive Vice President and General Manager of the business. “I’m proud of the suite of solutions we deliver and of the team that brings them to life each day. Together with Chris and the Office Ally team, we will continue strengthening our core capabilities, expand into adjacent administrative workflows, and address industry challenges in new ways. By combining our networks and expertise, we are well positioned to deliver innovative solutions that drive meaningful impact across the markets we serve.”

“We are proud to have been a part of Jopari’s journey. The company that this passionate management team has built has become a critical and enduring player in the healthcare claim and payment processing ecosystem,” added Matt Carroll, Managing Partner of WestView Capital.

The acquisition also creates immediate opportunities to deliver expanded value to both organizations' customers. Office Ally's all-payer, web-based portal, clearinghouse, and payer gateway solutions become available to Jopari's provider and payer network, while Jopari's clinical attachment products and payment capabilities extend to Office Ally's broad customer base.

TripleTree served as exclusive financial advisor and Holland & Hart served as legal advisor for Jopari and WestView. Kirkland & Ellis provided legal counsel to Office Ally. Financial terms of the transaction are not being disclosed.
