Owner Resource Group Announces the Sale of Bill Gosling Outsourcing
Apr 3, 2026 9:50 AM

AUSTIN, Texas--(BUSINESS WIRE)--

Owner Resource Group, LLC (“ORG”), an Austin, Texas-based private investment firm, is pleased to share that its affiliates have completed a sale of Bill Gosling Outsourcing (“Bill Gosling” or the “Company”), a business process outsourcing (“BPO”) platform providing accounts receivable management, customer experience and other back-office services to enterprise clients, to Frontenac, a Chicago-based private equity firm (“Frontenac”).

Headquartered in Barrie, Ontario, Bill Gosling is a global BPO that partners with clients in the fintech, auto finance, digital native and utilities sectors, delivering outcomes across onshore, nearshore and offshore locations. Affiliates of ORG acquired majority ownership of Bill Gosling in December 2020 and partnered with existing leadership at the time, including Dave Rae, Executive Chairman, and Kenny Johnston, CEO and President, to support a period of significant growth and transformation. During the partnership, Bill Gosling grew its global headcount from approximately 2,500 to more than 7,000 employees, meaningfully expanded its nearshore and offshore delivery footprint, and established an in-house technology center-of-excellence in India through the acquisition of MattsenKumar, adding proprietary capabilities that have accelerated the Company’s tech-enabled service delivery.

“Over the last five years, the team at Bill Gosling has built a global BPO leader with deep client relationships, a tech-forward delivery model, and a culture that sets them apart. It has been a privilege to be part of their journey, and we are excited to see what they accomplish in their next chapter,” said ORG Managing Director, David Paschal.

“With the support of ORG, Bill Gosling reached new heights - scaling our global operations, investing in our people and technology, and expanding our capabilities to serve clients at the highest level. ORG was a collaborative partner in every sense, and their backing gave us the foundation to grow in ways we could not have imagined. We are grateful for their support, collaboration, and the relationships we have built between our organizations,” said Dave Rae, Executive Chairman of Bill Gosling Outsourcing.

“Going back to the start of our partnership. Bill Gosling represented everything we look for: exceptional people who drive a strong Company culture, a shared vision between ORG and our partners built on mutual respect and trust, and opportunities to invest for durable growth in the business. These fundamental pillars anchor every investment we make” remarked ORG Co-Founder and Managing Director, Jon Gormin.

The transaction closed on March 23, 2026. Baird served as financial advisor to ORG and Bill Gosling, and legal counsel was provided by Queen Saenz + Schutz PLLC and Norton Rose Fullbright.
