Rediff.com, one of India's oldest online businesses, is looking for possible buyers, The Economic Times reported.
The report, however, added that Ajit Balakrishnan, Rediff chairman and CEO, has denied the news report.
The talks between Rediff and one of the buyers have reached an advanced stage, said the report citing people familiar with the matter.
The potential deal involves a share swap and the buyers are likely to be among these four — Amazon, Flipkart, GoDaddy and Infibeam, said the report.
