Rune Technologies Joins Project Dynamis to Deliver Predictive Logistics for the Marine Corps

Rune is the sole logistics command and control provider on the Marine Corps' Project Dynamis, integrating TyrOS across warfighting functions.

Rune Technologies, which builds AI-enabled predictive software for military logistics in contested environments, today announced its integration into Project Dynamis, the U.S. Marine Corps' command and control modernization initiative. Rune’s TyrOS platform is designed to build on the Marine Corps service-level investments in the Maven Smart System, with specific focus on active tactical workflow configuration underway for logistics and sustainment across the Marine Air Ground Task Force (MAGTF). It integrates across warfighting functions inside the MAGTF command and control (MAGTF C2) architecture.

Rune's role on Project Dynamis brings predictive logistics into the MAGTF C2 architecture for the first time. TyrOS ingests data from across the force to track assets and anticipate shortfalls, even when communications are denied, degraded, or intermittent. This gives Marine commanders real-time visibility into sustainment across distributed operations.

The announcement follows the completion of Dynamis Serial 7, the most recent in a series of Marine Corps experimentation events maturing the MAGTF C2 architecture. Project Dynamis is the Marine Corps' service-level plan to accelerate its contribution to Combined Joint All-Domain Command and Control (CJADC2), developed in partnership with the Department of the Navy's Project Overmatch.

Rune's work with Project Dynamis builds on the work by the Marine Corps Warfighting Laboratory in coordination with the Deputy Commandant for Installations and Logistics. TyrOS recently deployed to support real-time logistics reporting across the Joint Task Force during Balikatan 26 in the Philippines. During this exercise, TyrOS gave tactical commanders visibility into food, water, fuel, personnel, and other supplies to support thousands of Marines, Soldiers, and Sailors across JTF.

Project Dynamis represents Rune's most complex tactical network architecture integration with the Marine Corps to date. It also complements the company's growing work across the Department of Defense, including the Army's Next Generation Command and Control (NGC2) program, where TyrOS is the only application chosen by both prime contractor teams.
