Ryan Welcomes Terry Gaylord as Chief People Officer

PLANO, Texas--(BUSINESS WIRE)--

Ryan, a leading global tax services and software provider, is pleased to announce that Terry Gaylord has joined the Firm as Senior Vice President and Chief People Officer. Gaylord will lead Ryan’s global People Group strategy and operations, further strengthening the Firm’s commitment to exceptional team member experience and driving ongoing growth.

Throughout his career, Gaylord has led large-scale organizational transformation initiatives focused on workforce globalization, talent strategy, culture development, and organizational effectiveness and planning. He also brings expertise in human capital technology and innovation, including leveraging automation and AI-driven solutions to streamline operations that enhance business and talent outcomes. Most recently, Gaylord served as Chief Human Resources Officer at Epiq, where he led People Group teams across 18 countries, supporting more than 10,000 team members worldwide. He has also held senior leadership roles at J.P. Morgan and Payless ShoeSource.

Gaylord holds Doctor of Philosophy and Master of Science degrees in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Kansas State University, as well as a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Illinois Wesleyan University. He will be located at Ryan’s global headquarters in Plano, Texas.
