12:43 PM EST, 11/18/2024 (MT Newswires) -- ServiceTitan said Monday it has filed a registration statement with the US Securities and Exchange Commission for a proposed initial public offering of class A common stock.

The company, which describes itself as "the software platform that powers the trades," said the number of shares to be offered and the price range for the proposed offering have yet to be determined.

The company said it plans to list its class A common stock on the Nasdaq Global Select Market under the TTAN ticker.
