With more than two decades of experience in traditional finance global markets, Yu has held senior leadership roles, including Head of FX Trading Asia at Goldman Sachs, in addition to Senior Portfolio Manager and Managing Director at Dymon Asia, where he managed a USD 200 million portfolio focused on North Asia macro strategy. In his new role, Yu will lead the firm's efforts to deepen its institutional franchise and strengthen its global presence.

Tina Huang, who has led the firm's Business Development and Partnerships, will assume a newly created role focused on building strategic new businesses, supporting the firm's long-term growth objectives.
