Beth Erickson, a seasoned global HR leader, joins to build high-performance teams that drive innovation and accelerate global growth

Simpro Group, the global leader in AI-first operating software for the trades, today announced the appointment of Beth Erickson as Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO).

In this role, she will help accelerate global expansion as the company builds a world-class talent engine to support continued product innovation, customer success and operational excellence.

The company is significantly expanding its global operations, with plans to add over 1,000 employees in the coming years. Roles will span sales, product development, engineering, customer experience and corporate functions. Half of the new employees will be in the company’s new Miami headquarters, further establishing South Florida as a strategic hub for AI innovation.

With more than 20 years of human resources leadership experience, Erickson has built and transformed people functions in complex, high-growth organizations. She has led international HR teams, guided organizational redesign during expansion and acquisition, strengthened performance management systems and optimized talent strategies in high-volume, field-based environments.
