Conversational AI solutions provider SoundHound AI, Inc ( SOUN ). has announced on Wednesday an expansion of its partnership with NVIDIA Corp.
The company is integrating NVIDIA AI Enterprise to enhance the speed and efficiency of its AI-driven solutions.
This combination aims to improve low-latency AI processing, real-time retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and scalable model optimization, benefiting industries like automotive, customer service, and restaurants.
The integration of NVIDIA AI software has introduced significant improvements in SoundHound’s voice AI platform. Notable advancements include the use of NVIDIA NIM microservices for containerized inference, which greatly reduces response latency, and the NeMo Retriever microservices, which enhance context-aware retrieval in AI-driven interactions.

By integrating SoundHound AI ( SOUN ) with NVIDIA’s NIM and NeMo microservices within the NVIDIA AI Enterprise framework, the company can deliver quicker and more affordable AI solutions.
This will strengthen SoundHound’s AI capabilities, boosting accuracy, reducing inference latency, and optimizing deployments in both cloud and edge settings.
SoundHound’s collaboration with NVIDIA extends its impact, particularly in the automotive sector, where its voice AI technology is already integrated into Lucid Group Inc‘s voice system.
Select modules of the Lucid Assistant are using SoundHound’s AI to deliver faster response times and enhanced user interactions. SoundHound plans to expand these integrations further, focusing on creating smarter, more efficient in-vehicle voice experiences.
Price Action: SOUN shares traded higher by 1.46% at $9.71 at last check Wednesday.
