Sware Launches Enhanced, AI-Powered Res_Q Platform to Advance GxP Validation in Life Sciences
Oct 21, 2025 6:20 AM

BOSTON--(BUSINESS WIRE)--

Sware introduced the latest version of Res_Q, its intelligent GxP validation platform that helps life sciences leaders navigate an accelerating technology curve with clarity and control. With FDA guidance supporting the adoption of artificial intelligence in modern regulatory frameworks, the enhanced Res_Q platform delivers the right combination of machine intelligence and deep human expertise to accelerate workflows, ensure compliance, and drive efficiency.

"Life sciences leaders deserve tools that shift the focus from endless administrative hurdles to real scientific advancement," said Ellen Reilly, Chief Executive Officer at Sware. "The new Res_Q delivers that by layering intelligent AI onto our proven foundation, optimizing workflows and strengthening risk management in a space moving at breakneck speed. For IT, Quality, and Digital Transformation leaders, it's a straightforward path to validation that accelerates innovation, builds confidence, and delivers measurable business value."

The enhanced platform introduces new powerful AI-driven capabilities to address critical industry needs:

Smart Analytics & Dashboards deliver precise, easy-to-understand operational insights, fueling process optimization

Instant Processing converts vendor manuals, protocols, and validation packages into organized, searchable documents in minutes, easing manual workloads

Video-to-Script Conversion transforms video content into structured, audit-ready scripts, improving documentation efficiency and accessibility

Additional AI-powered capabilities are expected to launch soon, further expanding the platform’s efficiency and adaptability.

The latest Res_Q release also strengthens core features, including seamless API integrations with enterprise systems, real-time visibility into validation workloads, and automated risk assessments aligned to modern regulatory imperatives, such as Computer Software Assurance (CSA).

Notably, the platform is backed by Sware's highly experienced team, which has spent two decades at the forefront of compliance innovation. In April 2025, Sware announced a partnership with Salesforce to deliver GxP computer system validation for Salesforce Life Sciences Cloud users through the Res_Q platform.

"Our partnership with Sware offers Salesforce Life Sciences Cloud users a compelling way to embed robust, efficient, and scalable GxP validation directly into their cloud environment,” said Frank Defesche, Senior Vice President and General Manager, Life Sciences at Salesforce. “This helps our customers focus on groundbreaking work instead of compliance logistics.”

Additionally, Sware received Box's 2025 Life Sciences Partner of the Year award for its integration with Box content management systems to support GxP compliance.

Additional information on the Res_Q platform is available at sware.com/res_q.
