The appointment marks an important milestone in Tempo’s evolution toward a fully Adaptive SPM–driven customer experience, which enables organizations to connect strategy, execution, and outcomes with more agility and alignment. McNally joins Tempo from Ellevation Education, where he served as Vice President of Customer Success, modernizing the company’s post-sale experience with faster, more efficient, digitally-led customer support.
