Texas Instruments board declares third quarter 2026 quarterly dividend

DALLAS, July 16, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- The board of directors of Texas Instruments Incorporated ( TXN ) today declared a quarterly cash dividend of $1.42 per share of common stock, payable August 11, 2026, to stockholders of record on July 31, 2026.
