TSI Acquires DebtNext to Enhance Technology-Enabled Revenue Recovery Solutions

LAKE FOREST, Ill., Sept. 15, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- Transworld Systems Inc. (TSI), the leading technology-enabled revenue recovery outsourcing provider in the United States, announced today its acquisition of DebtNext, a premier provider of recovery management software solutions. This strategic acquisition strengthens TSI's position as a technology leader in the revenue cycle and receivables management industry.

DebtNext is the leading enterprise receivables management software platform for credit originators. dPlat, the DebtNext SAAS software platform, provides credit originators with a system of record for consumer debt post charge-off, recovery workflow management, and access to and management of their third-party service providers.
