uStudio Accelerates the Future of Work with WorkPerfectly Acquisition
Nov 20, 2025 5:42 AM

AUSTIN, Texas--(BUSINESS WIRE)--

Leading enterprise media platform provider uStudio, Inc. today announced the acquisition of WorkPerfectly, a software company helping businesses create and share private podcasts for workforce productivity.

uStudio helps global companies build internal streaming networks that engage, train, and align their teams around key business operations. The addition of WorkPerfectly accelerates uStudio’s plan to introduce an advanced platform layer that applies AI to audio and video learning and communications – creating more intelligent, relevant, and dynamic experiences.

The acquisition strengthens uStudio’s position as the most comprehensive provider of enterprise streaming applications across mobile, desktop, and embedded systems – serving as a strong foundation for the future of work.

“Investment in workforce productivity is at an all-time high, with teams globally using media and AI to improve everything from sales readiness to onboarding and knowledge management,” said Jim Lundy, CEO of Aragon Research. “uStudio’s platform, combined with deep experience supporting the world’s largest companies, positions it well to lead the next evolution of intelligent enterprise content. The addition of WorkPerfectly extends that leadership into more advanced and adaptive content models.”

As part of the acquisition, Molly Beck, founder and CEO of WorkPerfectly, joins uStudio’s leadership team as Head of Marketing. She will partner with uStudio’s product strategy team and visionary customers to shape and bring to market the company’s newest AI-powered features.

“The rise of enterprise streaming networks is no longer a trend – it’s an inevitability in a world where employees expect to consume work information the same way they consume everything else: on demand, AI-enhanced, and through rich media on every device,” said Jen Grogono, CEO of uStudio. “Leaders are embracing this ‘listen-watch’ shift because it directly elevates workforce performance. With WorkPerfectly, we will define the intelligent media experiences that shape how future workforces learn and contribute.”

Molly Beck added: “Joining the industry leader in enterprise media and empowering businesses with innovative content experiences is the natural next step in WorkPerfectly’s journey. We’re thrilled to be part of the next chapter of uStudio’s growth.”
