LONDON (Reuters) - Mobile group Vodafone ( VOD ) and Romania-based operator Digi ( DGII ) said on Thursday they had signed a memorandum of understanding with Hellenic Telecommunications Organization to buy its subsidiary Telekom Romania Mobile (TKRM).
Vodafone ( VOD ) said under the terms of the agreement it would buy TKRM and a significant proportion of its assets and Digi ( DGII ) would also buy some assets.
