Wolters Kluwer Brings Libra AI Workflows Into One for Italian Legal Professionals
Jul 8, 2026 12:15 AM

Building on Libra by Wolters Kluwer’s early leadership, strong market momentum and advanced AI innovation in Italy, its capabilities are now directly available in One via the Libra add-in.

MILAN--(BUSINESS WIRE)--

Wolters Kluwer Legal & Regulatory today announced the integration of Libra by Wolters Kluwer AI workflows in One, its leading legal research platform in Italy. This step further reinforces the strong commercial success and rapid market adoption of the Libra legal AI workspace in the country. With the integration generative AI features are directly available in the research workflow of legal professionals allowing a seamless experience without switching between tools.

The integration follows the launch of the Libra legal AI workspace in Italy in February, setting a new benchmark for AI-enabled legal research by combining advanced AI capabilities with authoritative and trusted legal content from One and supporting lawyers across their full workflow, from research to analysis and document drafting.

With the newly launched Libra add-in for One, customers can use Libra’s AI functionalities for drafting, review and analysis in one unified environment, handling their work end-to-end. The solution reflects a broader market shift from standalone digital databases towards integrated, AI-powered workflows that are redefining the way legal professionals work.

“The strong market adoption of Libra in Italy confirms the relevance of our strategic focus on advanced AI innovation for legal professionals. By integrating Libra into One, we are further strengthening our leadership in delivering intelligent, end-to-end workflows that combine authoritative content with cutting-edge technology, enabling our customers to work more efficiently and with greater confidence,” said Giulietta Lemmi, CEO, Wolters Kluwer Italy.

Within One, all AI capabilities remain closely linked to underlying sources. This ensures that users retain full visibility into the origin of information and can rely on verifiable and citable content - a critical requirement in legal practice.

“The real impact of AI in the legal domain lies in its ability to become a natural extension of professionals’ daily workflows,” said Viktor von Essen, CEO of Libra by Wolters Kluwer. “By embedding Libra’s capabilities into One, we are making advanced AI accessible exactly where legal work happens - helping professionals work more efficiently, stay focused, and deliver higher-quality outcomes.”

The Libra legal AI workspace has already been launched successfully in 10 jurisdictions across Europe, while Wolters Kluwer continues to integrate it with its own solutions for legal research and practice management like One and Kleos to build an end-to-end AI-supported workflow experience for legal professionals.
