After launching several smartphones in just three months -- Redmi Note 7, Redmi Note 7 Pro, Mi 9, Mi 9 SE, Redmi 7 and Redmi Go -- Chinese smartphone maker Xiaomi is gearing up for another launch in 2019. According to a report by GizmoChina, the company is set to unveil Mi 9X in China.
The successor to Xiaomi Mi 9, Mi 9X sports a curved design along with an illusion of holographic finish, according to the report. The phone is expected to have a triple rear camera, which will include an 8-MP sensor and a 13-MP super wide-angle lens along with the 48-MP primary camera. The phone will have a 32-MP selfie camera.
The phone will be powered by Snapdragon 675 and will have two storage variants -- 4GB and 6GB of RAM.
According to the report, the phone will feature the Xiaomi's new anther technology which has a double cooling system.
The phone runs on android 9.0 Pie and is expected to have a 3300mAh battery with 18W Quick Charge 4+ fast charging support.
MI 9x will be launched at a starting price of CNY 1,699 (approximately Rs 17,500).
