10:08 AM EDT, 05/22/2026 (MT Newswires) -- XMax (XWIN) said Friday that its XMax AI unit has signed an additional AI services agreement with an undisclosed customer for cloud computing and AI model application programming interface, or API, services.

The contract is anticipated to generate up to $3.6 million in annual revenue for the subsidiary, subject to the customer's actual service usage and consumption levels, XMax said.

The deal has an initial term of one year and provides for weekly prepaid billing and recurring usage-based revenue, XMax added.
