The Company's second quarter 2026 earnings conference call, previously scheduled for August 12, 2026, is also being postponed. The Company will provide additional information regarding the timing of its second quarter 2026 earnings conference call once the revised timing has been finalized.

The revised schedule will provide the Company and its advisors with additional time to complete certain financial review procedures associated with the quarter-end reporting process, while also accommodating related scheduling requirements. The Company believes the additional time is appropriate to allow these procedures to be completed in a thorough and orderly manner prior to the release of its second quarter financial results.
